Jakki was born just a stones throw away from the Caribbean Sea, in Belize City, she moved to the UK in the early 90s when she wasw just 21 and brought all the exotic flavours of home with her, family recipies and methods passed down through the generations

Belizean Cuisine is unique, and Jakki's fusion makes it even more special as she blends all the Caribbean Classics with the tasty, spicy Latin American street food of Belize

We are available for all types of functions, from weddings, birthdays, engagements, corporate basically you name it, we do it.

We can bring our catering van or gazebo to your event, or we can supply a hot buffet, or use your facilities.
